INCIDENTAL MELODIES / 4:11 minutes
Artist name: Sally Grizzell Larson
When a woman’s fantasy spirals out of her control, her immediate response is to stop the camera. INCIDENTAL MELODIES focuses on our obsession with mediated experiences, specifically how the act of recording illuminates rather than dictates the possibilities of the mythic self, where artifice may collide with harsh reality, but the narrative can be halted at any time.
